For instance, I independently initiated and developed automation for the Guest Satisfaction Survey, drastically reducing the time required to generate reports from 20 hours per month (240 hours annually) to under 3 seconds. This automation also incorporated a trend forecasting feature based on guest comments, retaining human oversight for nuanced analysis to ensure accuracy and depth.
Additionally, I created an Excel VBA-powered lease generator that streamlined contract creation, reducing the process from 20 minutes to under 2 minutes—a tenfold efficiency improvement along with much improved error-free accuracy.
